Problems Persist at US National Visa Center

Online visa application problems continue to plague the US National Visa Center, despite attempts at reform, reports National Law Review.

Recurrent system issues include an inability to submit applications and make online payments, no doubt causing cries of frustration worldwide from visa applicants. The US Department of State (DOS) and National Visa Center (NVC) have stated they are resolving the problems with the Consular Electronic Application Center.

Applicants however continue to report problems.
