Our law firm is comprised of licensed Thailand lawyers and is managed by a licensed American lawyer fluent in the Thai language. We have been providing quality and personable legal services to both Thai and foreign individuals and organizations since 2001.

Joe Leeds, our American manager, was engaged in the practice of trial law in the USA since 1986. Joe was recruited as a legal expert and began working in Thailand in 1995. His areas of specialization include land law, intellectual property law and US immigration law. He has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 1996.

Professor and barrister Chaninat Leeds, is one of the leading experts on labor law in Thailand and former vice-dean and professor of law at Sukhothai Thammathirat University. She is certified in intellectual property law and also specializes in family and divorce law.

Lawyer Chatchai Na Chiangmai is a trial lawyer specializing in civil and criminal litigation. He has over thirty years of experience.

Our lawyers are fluent in both English and Thai, and are educated in Thailand law as it applies to non-Thais.
