Manager Joe Leeds: Joe is a licensed American lawyer and manager of Chaninat & Leeds. Joe's expertise includes Property and Corporate Law and International Litigation. Joe has been a licensed attorney since 1987. He specializes in USA immigration law and he has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 1995. Joe holds a B.A. from the University of Texas (1983) and a JD from the University of Houston, Law Center (1986). He is licensed in the US Federal Courts and the state of Hawaii. Joe has published numerous scholarly articles concerning International Law.

Lawyer Chaninat Leeds: Chaninat is a law professor at Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University as well as a licensed Thai barrister. She holds an LLB and an LLM from Chulalongkorn University. She is currently vice-dean and professor of law at Sukhothai Thammathirat University. She specializes in Intellectual Property Law, Family Law, Labor Law and Civil Procedure. Chaninat is a special advisor to the Department of Labor. She has published numerous books and articles on Thai Law. Chaninat also leads lawyer training courses at the university.

Natthawan Vananhirunkul: Natthawan is a bookkeeper and an administrator. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance and banking from Dhurakit Bundit University.  Furthermore, she has a diploma in accounting from Santirad Panichiyakarn.

Kimberly Wied: Kimberly is a Communications specialist and assists Chaninat and Leeds as Publications Officer. Kimberly graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a degree in Journalism and a concentration in media studies. Her experience includes international and cross-cultural communication, management and editorial oversight of website content, copy writing, internet marketing, blogging and grant writing.
