Joe holds a B.A. from the University of Texas (1983) and a JD from the University of Houston, Law Center (1986). He is licensed in the US Federal Courts and the state of Hawaii. Joe has published numerous scholarly articles concerning International Law.

Lawyer Chaninat Leeds: Chaninat is a law professor at Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University as well as a licensed Thai barrister. She holds an LLB and an LLM from Chulalongkorn University. She is currently vice-dean and professor of law at Sukhothai Thammathirat University. She specializes in Intellectual Property Law, Family Law, Labor Law and Civil Procedure. Chaninat is a special advisor to the Department of Labor. She has published numerous books and articles on Thai Law. Chaninat also leads lawyer training courses at the university.
